Our Services

Running a Culture Assessment: understand the current culture, identifying strengths, areas of opportunity and levers for change. Our assessment combines qualitative discovery interviews and a quantitative survey to a sample of the organization.

Defining the Aspired Culture: work with the Leadership Team to define the culture attributes that will enable business success and help the organization thrive. These are articulated as 'From-To' shifts that help anchor the expected culture change.

Developing the Leadership Team: leaders develop for themselves the new mindsets and behaviors required to bring the aspired culture to life. This step is a combination of individual assessments, team off-sites and executive coaching.

Engaging the Organization: share the culture aspiration across the organization, inspiring people with the vision of what's possible. Work with directors, managers, intact teams and individual contributors developing the new mindsets and behaviors to bring the aspired culture to life.

Providing Ongoing Advisory & Support: provide coaching and advisory to leadership team, culture committee, HR and any other key stakeholder leading the culture transformation journey. 

The way the senior team leads ‒ especially by the mindsets and behaviors they model ‒ drives the culture of the broader organization. And culture is the secret sauce of success! No matter how carefully crafted the strategy is, if the organization’s culture does not electrify that strategy, it cannot fully succeed.

 

We partner with senior teams to transform the culture of their organizations. We facilitate a process to assess the current culture, define the opportunity, and identify and implement the levers that drive cultural transformation.  

 

We believe that culture change must be led by the leaders of the organization and not the external consultants. Therefore, our role is to enable leaders to lead the culture change of their organization.  Each journey is unique to the organization's needs, and may include:
