Our Approach to Change

Are you performing to your potential? When asked this question, executives  consistently respond that their performance / potential ratio is about 50%.

We've all had experiences when we are in the zone and inspired, when we get things done effortlessly, when work does not feel like ‘work’. We have great clarity, an inner knowing, and never question our confidence. We get absorbed in the moment and experience timelessness. We feel in sync with everything else. In this state we are creative, intuitive, connected to others and at our best; we are performing to our potential.

Now, visualize yourself, your team and your organization operating in this inspired state much more frequently.

What would become possible in your business?

Inspired
Leaders

Building inspired teams and organizations require leaders who are self-accountable and committed to their growth. The type of growth that goes beyond the technical aspect of business. The growth that fosters maturity, develops wisdom and self-mastery.

We believe that at the core of every person there is an abundance of untapped potential. This core or Essence is the acknowledgement of one’s highest qualities and capabilities, such as compassion, empathy, gratitude, courage, purposefulness, determination, insight, intuition, creativity, innovation and service. When we lead from our Essence, we bring the best of ourselves forward and we are intrinsically inspired.

Why is it hard to lead from our Essence? What gets in the way?

  • Fears and Limiting Beliefs that we develop over our lives, such as ‘I can’t’, ‘It’s not possible’, ‘I’m not good enough’, ‘I’m an impostor’, ‘People cannot be trusted’, ‘Life is a zero-sum game and if you win, I lose’. These can bring up painful feelings such as anger, guilt and shame.

  • Defensive Behaviors that stem from these fears and beliefs. As a way to protect myself from feeling that 'I am not good enough' I go about proving I am better than others, seeking approval, exerting control, micromanaging, winning arguments at all costs. The problem is that these strategies come from a place of lack, of not-enoughness, and block us from accessing a more inspired state.

Leading from Essence requires becoming aware and undoing these dynamics. In doing this, we loosen the grip that fear has on us, we learn how to center ourselves in our Essence and we increase our capacity to choose who we become in each moment. Instead of reacting to life defensively in auto-pilot we increase our capacity to choose a response that has virtue and is in alignment with our highest values.

Thriving
Culture

Leaders, teams and organizations who are inspired and operate from their Essence have the clarity to genuinely be in service to the market. They are not focused only on revenue; above all they are committed to having impact. As a result, they earn the trust of their clients, something that cannot be achieved with marketing and branding strategies only. They also attract like-minded employees who are purposeful and are inspired to serve and have impact. The atmosphere in these inspired organizations fosters creativity, innovation, learning, collaboration and growth in every dimension of the business.
