Sara is passionate about careful research, execution, and guiding processes. Her passion for organization and detail-orientation ensures a timely and successful completion of projects. She has the magic skills to pick up on details that others might be quick to dismiss or overlook, helping the P2P Team to do things in the best possible way. She enjoys taking action, setting goals, and creating order from chaos. She’s passionate about helping others to improve their lives, while also delivering quality work.

 

Sara has a bachelor’s degree in Communication. She joined P2P five years ago, initially as an Executive Assistant. Highly motivated by the P2P Team’s dedication to service and personal growth, she started her self-discovery journey and developed her passion to help others navigate the same, by certifying as an Executive Coach in 2021.

 

She lives in San Salvador, El Salvador with her husband and two dogs: Blue, a Boston Terrier, and Chao, a rescued Shih Tzu. She enjoys going on long walks with them and joining pet-friendly events in the area.
