María is on a life-long journey of self-discovery, seeking to express the best version of herself and finding ways to help others who want to do the same. She is passionate about learning and exploring disciplines and practices to do this. She believes in human beings’ potential to connect deeply and create harmony with themselves, others and the environment.

 

She joined P2P seven years ago and currently supports clients as a developmental coach, program facilitator and culture consultant. She specializes in individual, team and organizational assessment and development. She has been working in the international corporate consulting arena for the past 15 years supporting global clients in different industries in their transformation efforts. She has an educational background in Philosophy and English studies, has specialized in Transpersonal Psychology, and is certified as a transpersonal / integral coach. She has extensive experience in assessment tools and is certified in Hogan Assessment Systems, Life Styles Inventory™ (LSI), Organizational Culture Inventory® (OCI®), Leadership Impact™ (LI), DiSC and Prophet Profile (Predictive Role Profiling for High-Performing Executive Teams).

 

María lives in Buenos Aires, Argentina with her 13-year-old son.
