Francisco is passionate about culture and leadership transformations. He combines the art of facilitation and coaching with strategy processes to create alignment and positive changes within organizations. He strongly believes that Digital and Agile mindsets can help organizations transform the way they work and build a thriving culture. 

 

Francisco has 15 years of experience in building high performance cultures, co-creating learning experiences with top teams and employees, and coaching leaders. He enjoys designing processes and workshops to facilitate change in a meaningful way. He integrates frameworks from different disciplines such as philosophy, psychology, theology and sociology to find the best solutions for each client.

 

He has an MPA from Harvard University and a BA of Psychology, Summa Cum Laude, with more than a thousand hours in clinical, group & family therapy. He also has extensive experience as a Facilitator at Harvard Business Publishing.

 

Francisco lives in Buenos Aires, Argentina with his wife Ximena and their three young children. He loves sports (soccer and rugby), cooking (asados) and spending time with family and friends. He’s an avid reader.
