Caro has a passion for helping leadership teams create a team culture that will enable them to do their best work. She creates safe inclusive team environments that invite people to see each other more fully and learn how to be a stronger team together.

 

With over two decades of experience in leadership and organizational development, Caro’s work is highly customized to each team, helping them create psychological safety, leverage diversity of styles and ideas, engage in meaningful dialogue, and increase the team’s collective impact. Her offsites combine “human development” with business strategy conversations, to help the team move forward with actionable results.

 

During her career, Caro has trained and certified teachers, built operations teams, managed human resources, led organizational culture change processes, and facilitated company-wide strategic planning processes. She was Chief of Staff at the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, Founding Vice President at Axialent, and held a variety of leadership positions in the non-profit sector.

Caro holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in Political Science and a master’s degree in East West Psychology. She loves being outside in nature and feels lucky to call Marin County, California her home.
